Gary Coleman DEAD at 42…What you talking bout Willis?

May 28, 2010

Damn… dude did live hard though.

The cops were always on him and he was always involved in something that was getting him caught up, whether it was beating on his wife or his debt problems.

PROVO, Utah (AP) — Gary Coleman, the child star of the smash 1970s TV sitcom “Diff’rent Strokes” whose later career was marred by medical and legal problems, has died after suffering an intercranial hemorrhage. He was 42.

Utah Valley Regional Medical Center spokeswoman Janet Frank says life support was terminated and Coleman died at 12:05 p.m. MDT.

The full cast...

Coleman, with his sparkling eyes and perfect comic timing, became a star after “Diff’rent Strokes” debuted in 1978. He played the younger brother in a pair of African-American siblings adopted by a wealthy white man.

His popularity faded when the show ended after six seasons on NBC and two on ABC.

He suffered continuing ill health from the kidney disease that stunted his growth and had a host of legal problems in recent years.

This show killed me when I was a kid.  Where is Mr. Drummond when you need him now?  Well, with the exception of Todd Bridges, there is a reunion show in heaven right now.

This is sad ! Everyone of the stars on that show has had a real problem be it death or some other social anxiety disorder or whatever.

Who would have ever thought Todd Bridges would have become the shining star from that show???
Willis was just on Oprah a few months ago looking good selling his book “Killing Willis” which has been getting rave reviews.

That’s the scary thought in all of this ! Bridges did just as much if not than Coleman and Dana Plato combined . Plato was atually doin’ tricks to make money for her drug habit and she’d often take her kid with her.

      Man what a waste !

Willis was the one with the real bad coke problem. I thought that he would have been the first to go…

Now, he stands clean and sober, but alone.

        That is pretty sad…

Plato had a “coke” problem as well . She was also turning tricks to feed her coke habit or weren’t you aware of that ?

Here’s a piece of news for you being as you were on my case about Alicia Keys and Swizzie ? She’s pregnant by him and they intend to marry.
