January 27, 2010
I don’t mind the attempt to get action by anyone, but quit sending pictures of yourself to others, if you don’t know absolutely that they can be trusted. If you don’t know what sexting is...
1. sexting 6262 up, 1237 down December 6, 2008 Urban Word of the Dayv: the act of text messaging someone in the hopes of having a sexual encounter with them later; initially casual, transitioning into highly suggestive and even sexually explicit
In a sentence: “He keeps sexting me saying how hard he is and how much he wants to tap my ass,” Cindy said massaging her breasts unconsciously.
Sexting in action:
Nancy: “Wut do u want?”
Bob: “Cum over to my place now.”
Nancy: “Is NE1 else there?”
Bob: “No. I need to c u.”
Nancy: “K. Will b there soon.”
That is the new fad with kids these days. It was even the word of the day. You don’t get bigger than that. Now another person has gotten caught up.
Oden sorry photos have surfaced
Oden says the pictures, taken with his cell phone and sent to a former girlfriend, were taken about 1½ years ago. A friend told the 21-year-old Tuesday morning that the pictures were making the rounds on the internet.
“I would like to apologize to everybody: Portland, the fans, the organization,” Oden told reporters at the Blazers practice facility. “It was very embarrassing.”
Oden is out for this season after fracturing his left kneecap during a game against the Houston Rockets on Dec. 5. He averaged 11.1 points and 8.5 rebounds in 21 starts.
The 7-foot-center was the No. 1 pick in the 2007 NBA draft out of Ohio State. He missed his rookie season after have microfracture surgery on his right knee.
If you are that bored while you are injured, invest in prostitutes. At least you can have a happy ending. But Oden will get over this. He will get some good natured ribbing from his friends, and teammates, but life will go on. For others, the roads is a little more difficult. Girls have killed themselves over the release of sexting. 20 percent of teens do it according to some surveys.
(CBS/ AP) While it may be shocking, the practice of “sexting” – sending nude pictures via text message – is not unusual, especially for high schoolers around the country.
This week, three teenage girls who allegedly sent nude or semi-nude cell phone pictures of themselves, and three male classmates in a western Pennsylvania high school who received them, are charged with child pornography.
In October a Texas eighth-grader spent the night in a juvenile detention center after his football coach found a nude picture on his cell phone that a fellow student sent him.
Roughly 20 percent of teens admit to participating in “sexting,” according to a nationwide survey (pdf) by the National Campaign to Support Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy.
“This is a serious felony. They could be facing many years in prison,” CBS News legal analyst Lisa Bloom said of the six teens in Pennsylvania.
So, even though you are injured, think about those that you can help my having the right attitude and protecting your neck (or johnson) I have not seen them and have no desire to see them, since I am a dude, but the fact that you needed a press conference and that it is one the stories on ESPN is proof you need to slow your roll… Tiger should be enough proof that you do not have room for error in today’s technological era.
