That is a tight looking pipe....
Don’t you have to be high to read the book if you are an adult? I don’t know, but that is one franchise that I have never really gotten behind. It just isn’t for me and that is fine. J.K. Rawling is a genius and all good graces that fall her way are well earned.

Don't let people write on you....EVER.
The Daily Mail is all up in his business…
Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe today ‘categorically’ denied he had smoked a cannabis joint at a party after pictures emerged of him allegedly using the drug.
The 20-year-old actor was pictured on the front page of a tabloid newspaper allegedly smoking a cannabis joint at a party in North London.
But the film star said he had not smoked anything other than tobacco.
A spokeswoman for Radcliffe said: ‘Daniel does smoke the occasional roll-up cigarette, but he was not doing anything more than this.’
‘We are considering our position and will be taking all necessary action in relation to such allegations.’
That is a decent defense for now. The problem is that others might come out of the woodwork to say that they smoked with him, or other potentially plausible, or true stories.
The accusation came as shock to fans and could well have land him in trouble with bosses in charge of the family friendly Harry Potter franchise.
The pictures were taken by Wadia Tazi, a fellow guest at the party, held at a high-rise in Camden.
Memo to self, “Never invite this attention seeking whore to any parties!” Other people should feel free to do the same. Ultimately, this is like the Michael Phelps story, which is to classify this as a non-story. Famous person got hight at a party, is like saying that water is wet.
‘At one point, a girl dragged him away, saying: ‘”come on Daniel, follow me. You don’t trust me, do you?” She pulled him into the toilet and started drawing a huge comedy beard on his face,’ Tazi is reported to have told the newspaper.
The scandal comes just four months after Radcliffe’s co-star Jamie Waylett admitted that he cultivated ten cannabis plants.
The 19-year-old, who plays Hogwarts bully Vincent Crabbe, escaped a spell behind bars and was instead ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work.
Radcliffe’s role as the schoolboy wizard made him a multi-millionaire and household name at the age of 12.
The price of fame is high. If all he does is smoke some herb, then he is in good shape. Don’t move to the sauce or blow, and you will be okay. Also, this is a warning to watch who you associate with, since they will not have your best interest at heart.
Plus, dude likes that nose candy…

He looks like he could do some big lines...Remember Chris Farley...
So, all and all, it could be worse….
Lawrence Taylor makes another BIG HIT, but this time he ran too….

Lawrence Taylor clearly loves life and all that it has to offer. What we also know is that L.T. loves drugs of all kinds, whether it is the sauce or the rocks, he doesn’t know how to say no. This passion and fire led him to become one of the fiercest pass rushers in NFL History.
But it has also led him into trouble.

Damn L.T. you clearly look faded in the picture. But, it does look like a happy fade, where you are pleasantly buzzed, but still have no business behind the wheel of a car.
Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) — Pro Football Hall of Fame linebacker and former New York Giant Lawrence Taylor was arrested in Hialeah, Florida, after crashing into another motor vehicle and leaving the scene, according to police.
Taylor, 50, struck a car on Expressway 826 near the 103rd Street exit, and drove to the next exit before he pulled over, said Lieutenant James Durden, a spokesman for the Florida Highway Patrol. Taylor was charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage.
Taylor told patrol officers that he was the driver of the car, and said he thought he had hit the guardrail rather than another vehicle. The offense is a misdemeanor because there were no injuries to either driver, Durden said.
Taylor, a 10-time Pro Bowl linebacker played all 13 of his NFL seasons with the Giants. He previously was found guilty of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and had been placed on probation after pleading guilty to tax evasion and for buying crack cocaine from an undercover police officer.
Thomas Melani, an attorney who defended Taylor previously, said he no longer has contact with him. Taylor’s telephone number was not listed in the Hialeah area.

Someone really needs to help him, before in an instant….he’s gone. The man is a known crackhead. He was awesome, but when the rocks man gets em…he doesn’t let go.
On a different tune, the Police Officers must have been sprung with having L.T. in there. So much so, they didn’t give him a breath test. That is when you know you are big time.
Dave Checketts gets smart and makes the move to drop Rush Limbaugh
October 14, 2009

Well, NFL ownership will not apply to you either!
Why you would have him in your group to begin with was shady, but the fact that you understand that if you really want the Rams, you have to drop the dead weight.
Rush Limbaugh is expected to be dropped from a group bidding to buy the St. Louis Rams, according to three NFL sources.
Dave Checketts, chairman of the NHL’s St. Louis Blues and the point man in the Limbaugh group attempting to buy the Rams, realizes he must remove the controversial conservative radio host from his potential role as a minority member in the group in order to get approval from other NFL owners, the sources said.
Now Checketts in St. Louis is seen as a hero, since he helped to revitalize the Blues, keep them in town and turn them into a winner. But, also don’t forget that he was a part of the toxic cesspool known as the New York Knicks.
Three-quarters of the league’s 32 owners would have to approve any sale to Limbaugh and his group. Earlier this week, Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay predicted that Limbaugh’s potential bid would be met by significant opposition. Several players have also voiced their displeasure with Limbaugh’s potential ownership position, and NFL Players Association head DeMaurice Smith, who is black, urged players to speak out against Limbaugh’s bid.
Ultimately, the sources said, Checketts must reconfigure his group and find another investor to make his bid more viable.
Exactly when Limbaugh will be dropped is uncertain, though some familiar with the situation said it could be within the next week. It is unclear if the two sides even have spoken.
A Limbaugh spokesman told ESPN that Limbaugh would have no comment on Wedneday. Earlier, on his syndicated radio show, Limbaugh was defiant, holding on to hope that he still could be part of the ownership group that buys the Rams.
“I’m not even thinking of exiting,” Limbaugh said on his program, according to a transcript provided to ESPN. “I’m not even thinking of caving. I am not a caver. None of us are. We have been betrayed by too many who have caved. Pioneers take the arrows. We are pioneers. It’s a sad thing but our country over 200 years old now needs pioneers all over again, but we do.”
It’s okay Rush. We don’t care that you are not thinking about exiting, as the NFL is planning to sell to someone that isn’t you. Plus, didn’t you hear your boy Checketts is dropping you?

at least you still have your radio show and the sheep that follow you...
Without Limbaugh, Checketts and his group would have to find a financial substitute to replace the investment that Limbaugh intended to make. At the NFL owners meetings this week in Boston, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell addressed Limbaugh’s potential involvement in the league and said “divisive comments are not what the NFL is all about.”
Goodell added: “I’ve said many times before, we’re all held to a high standard here. I would not want to see those comments coming from people who are in a responsible position in the NFL — absolutely not.”
In 2003, Limbaugh was forced to resign from ESPN’s Sunday NFL Countdown after saying of Philadelphia’s Donovan McNabb: “I think what we’ve had here is a little social concern in the NFL. The media has been very desirous that a black quarterback do well.”

If St. Louis is really looking for some local ownership, try Nelly.
look at him repping the Lou....
Dude likes sports and is a fan of the local team. And, he is not the anti-Christ….
Black NFL players won’t play for Rush
October 9, 2009

So basically almost all of the NFL is against this dude. I, personally, cannot stand Rush Limbaugh and don’t want him anywhere near a sport which I love. His political views are so absurd, that no intelligent person I know could possibly agree with them. Free speech is great, but the city of St. Louis, already dealing with the fact that their football team may be the worst in the NFL, should do well to steer clear of this man who chooses to exercise that speech a little too freely. My guess is that as NFL players continue to step forward voicing their concerns with Rush and his BLATANTLY RACIST views towards black people, and more specifically athletes (he hates black QB’s, for example) we may be able to avoid having to deal with him as an NFL owner. Here is an article I read today about the matter.
It’s not hard to find proof of exactly how big of a stupid bigot Limbaugh is. here are some quotes to demonstrate:
1. I mean, let’s face it, we didn’t have slavery in the country for over 100 years because it was a bad thing. Quite the opposite: slavery built the South. I’m not saying we should bring it back, I’m just saying it had its merits. For one thing, the streets were safer after dark.
2. You know who deserves a posthumous medal of honor? James Earl Ray [the confessed assassin of MLK]. We miss you, James. Godspeed.
3. Have you ever noticed how all composite pictures of wanted criminals resemble Jesse Jackson?
4. Look, let me put it this way: the NFL all too often looks like a game between the Bloods and the Crips without any weapons. There, I said it.
5. The NAACP should have riot rehearsal. They should get a liquor store and practice robberies.
6. Why should blacks be heard? They’re 12 percent of the population. Who the hell cares?
7. Take that bone out of your nose and call me back.
8. I think the media has been very desirous that a black quarterback do well. They’re very interested in black coaches and black quarterbacks doing well. I think there’s a little hope invested in McNabb and he got a lot of credit for the performance of his team that he really didn’t deserve.
9. They oughta change Black History Month to Black Progress Month and start measuring it.
10. The poorest people in America are better off than the mainstream families of Europe.
![]()
Rush: you’re predictable. We get it. Only rich, male, God-fearing, descendants of former slave-owners are worthy of making political decisions, or even being heard. And drugs are bad, unless they are prescription pain meds taken for recreational purposes because your life as messiah to the moronic masses is SO difficult. Please stay the hell out of the NFL. Thank you.
Steve McNair and side pieces are still in the news…Damn, can’t you let a dead dude rest?
October 6, 2009
Don’t people know that it’s wrong to speak ill of the dead?
By Kate Howard, The Tennessean
A property management company has filed a claim against former Titan Steve McNair’s estate for back rent on a West End apartment he began leasing in October.
McNair was the co-signer for a condo on Parthenon Avenue near Centennial Park, with his cousin, Raymond White, as the primary renter. But once the 12-month lease was finalized, the electricity was turned on in the name of a young woman, according to public records from Nashville Electric Service.
Mail and utility bills for the condo had been going to 26-year-old Adrianne Hobbs. Gianikas Property Management has asked McNair’s estate for $1,750 in rent, late fees and pet damages for the condo, which was vacated last month.
Rent was late in June and was never paid in July, according to court filings.
McNair was shot and killed July 4 in a condo off Second Avenue. Police have ruled that McNair was murdered by 20-year-old Sahel Kazemi, who then killed herself. The two had been dating, and police said Kazemi was distraught over catching McNair, who was married, with another woman.

Side piece Sahel Kazemi, who murdered McNair and took her own life...obviously during happier times...
Steve, Steve, Steve…if other people learn from this horrible tragedy, then while we would have lost a great leader (and not so great husband) but gained something from his death. DON’T BUY YOUR SIDE PIECES ANYTHING! This is where it started (that and keeping it in his pants) to go sideways for him. had he just been clear that this was some late-night smash time, then she would not have gotten so clingy. It is a lot easier to separate from that, then it is to make a commitment to someone by buying them things…
She told friends she had seen another woman leave the condo off Second Avenue and followed her home. That woman was not Hobbs, Metro police spokesman Don Aaron said.
“The person who I am aware of, who believes that she was followed by (Kazemi’s) Escalade, is a different individual and lives elsewhere,” Aaron said.
This sounds like it could have gotten worse. If Sahel “Shooter” Kazemi KNEW OF this other person, I am glad that she didn’t shoot her up too. Suicide after killing someone else is such the cowards way out…
A former employee at the property management company says McNair had been coming to the office each month and paying the $1,000-a-month rent personally for the Parthenon Avenue residence.
The electricity in Hobbs’ name was disconnected Aug. 7, according to records from the Nashville Electric Service. It is unclear how she knew McNair.
Before we go jumping to conclusions, what if the woman was the side piece of the cousin (or even better yet, what if she was the girlfriend?) yeah, she would have come forward, but maybe all the notoriety scared her off. Now, they have your name too…
“As far as we knew, McNair gave (White) the keys, and we thought (White) moved in,” said Stephanie Burch-McMahan, who managed the apartments until earlier this year. “It wasn’t until a couple months later, we discovered there’s no male person living in the apartment.”
Phone numbers for White have been disconnected, and he could not be reached for comment. A call to his attorney was not returned Tuesday.
‘We let it go’
Someone saw a woman walking a puppy in the pet-free condo, and the manager said she sent a letter to White. There appeared to be only women’s items in the apartment, Burch-McMahan said, and other residents of the apartment complex told management they’d seen only McNair and a blonde woman coming and going.
“If there had not been for (McNair’s) celebrity status, we would have called and said, ‘Who is this person living here?’ ” she said. “We knew if we confronted him about it, it would create a lot of awkwardness, so we let it go.”
That is what being famous gets you…a lot less questions. Steve and others need to know that handling your business out in the open will get you caught up, even if some people are willing to hide it. All these people thought that they were bulletproof….
Burch-McMahan, a fan of McNair, said she was at first disheartened at the circumstances of McNair’s death, but she considers him a kind and generous person and doesn’t want to judge him now.
“Maybe losing an icon like Steve means we are being asked to re-evaluate what we will accept and expect from relationships, and be conscious of the pain and destructiveness that infidelity causes,” she said.
Sound a lot like Joey, doesn’t it?

The smile seems forced, but i bet he loves his job!
From CHEATERS® surveillance cameras, you are about to view actual true stories, filmed live, documenting the pain of a spouse or lover caused by infidelity. This program is both dedicated to the faithful and presented to the false-hearted to encourage their renewal of temperance and virtue.
Hobbs could not be reached Tuesday. A reporter spoke with her in July at the West End condo, but she said she didn’t know McNair and she had no comment.
Her friend Valerie Skelton identified herself as White’s girlfriend and said she herself lived in the condo. She said she had moved in a few months before McNair’s death. Skelton also did not return a phone call or e-mail Tuesday.

Valerie on the left, Adrienne on the right
Steve, please tell me (through a dream or however the dead contact the living) that you were not smashing either of these two women. I am hoping that it really was your cousin, his girl and her friend…
Gary Rubenstein, the attorney representing Gianikas Property Management, said mail had been coming in Hobbs’ name, and Skelton applied to be added to the lease nine days after McNair’s death. Rubenstein wasn’t sure who was living there.
Because White was the primary lessee, the company intends to pursue payment from him. But they still filed a claim against McNair’s estate because there is only a limited amount of time to do so, Rubenstein said.
Sharks smell blood in the water. You are going after the dead for your money? Let the man rest.
He said he has been in touch with White’s attorney and any payment they get from White will be deducted from their claim against McNair.
Rose Palermo, who represents Mechelle McNair in the probate case, said she has no information about the claim and can’t comment. Steve McNair did not leave a will.
American Express also has filed a claim against his estate for $44,000, and Magee General Hospital in Mississippi has filed for about $287.
Crime case officially isn’t closed
Though Metro investigators ruled the deaths of McNair and Kazemi a murder-suicide on July 8, they have not officially closed the case or made the case file public. It’s unlikely they will do so until the conclusion of the federal case against the man who sold Kazemi the gun, Aaron said.
Adrian Gilliam Jr. has been charged with being a felon in possession of a handgun after the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms traced the gun that killed the pair back to him. He told Metro police he sold Kazemi the gun for $100.
“The Metro Police Department’s investigation is parallel with the investigation by the federal authorities,” Aaron said. “In fact our officers have been very much involved in the federal case as well as the murder-suicide investigation. As far as the very thick case file, I suspect that is going to be not made public until the federal matter is resolved.”
I still feel sorry for the poor sap who thought he was doing some woman a favor by getting here a gun for protection and not he is caught up too…
T.O., Rodney Harrison and trash talking…. T.O. delivers a 1st round KO
September 28, 2009

unlike Jeff Garcia, I like the box....notice where my eyes are...
Now, here at Too Old, don’t want to knock anyone and their hustle. it’s all about getting paid.
But, when you run your mouth, you can expect some people are not going to stand quiet and let you dog them out.
While I can’t stand the medium, the message is right on point. ESPN.com documents the brief battle.
T.O. fires back at Harrison via Twitter
Monday, September 28, 2009 | Print Entry
Rodney Harrison called Terrell Owens a “clown” on NBC. And T.O. wrote this on Twitter on Sunday night, in a series of Tweets:

too bad there is nothing left in the tank
I could less about Rodney Harrison! Anybody tht using steroids, yes STEROIDS rodney, is a cheater & cheated the game!

this is all natural...just hard work, and good living....and science
Is tht Y u used steroids b/c u were worried about ur stats or ws it b/c u were losing it? Lol! U’re a loser & a cheater? Got any steroid …
Hey rodney! Send me sum steroids 2 the Bills facility next week!

not only is it dumb, but it's gay too....and not in the happy way. (Gay in the sense that if you like women now, you are going to grow boobs....and start to feel "urges" towards men. If you are a woman, you are going to grow a mustache and kicks to groin will become an effective weapon against you...
Harrison was suspended in 2007 for violating the league’s substance-abuse policy but maintains he never took steroids.

I will get on that right away!
The first thing that I want to point out is how Twitter and other social networking sites are turning us into a nation of illiterate fools. Learn to spell or have some spellchecker function. I know that you are only granted less than 200 words to make your point, but child please. (Thanks Ochocinco)
Even with that timeout for a public service announcement, you have to be able to see that T.O. crushed Harrison out.
Second, watch what you say. There is no reason for Harrison to talk reckless. It seems like a ploy to increase ratings and that actually might work for NBC.
Third, T.O is well versed in calling people out. Just think back to Jeff Garcia.
In an interview with Playboy magazine that hits newsstands Friday, Owens was asked if he thinks Garcia is gay. Owens responded: “Like my boy tells me: ‘If it looks like a rat and smells like a rat, by golly, it is a rat.’ “
Garcia, who had a contentious relationship with the wide receiver in San Francisco, responded to Owens’ comment after practice Wednesday without mentioning the wide receiver by name.
“It is really a waste of my time to sit here and to have to answer to such ridiculous, untrue comments that are made out there in the world today,” Garcia said.
He noted that it has been reported that he has a girlfriend and has had girlfriends in the past.
“So many people know my situation here. It has never been a secret,” Garcia said.
That is a guy who protested waaayyy ttttooooo much. All you had to say is “T.O. is crazy.” There. It’s over. But, you had to bring up the fact that you have and had in the past, girlfriends. Now, that makes people think you are just living a secret life. Your voice and appearance in a metrosexual society can blend in, but you fight it too hard. If it’s not you, keep it movin…It’s very similar to line by the rapper Drake
Look I stands out… so don’t think this ain’t some shit that I done planned out
And life is beautiful as ever when it pans out
And girls are beautiful until they want a hand out
But, ask apple how I get it tho
I’ll be on the phone with a bitch that you will never know
So you can son me never… I don’t get bitter… I just get better
And a verse is just a verse for me
I keep it generic and these niggas take it personally
If I was in a room and someone yelled… hey bitches
I would never turn around… cause I just don’t fit the description
But that’s just me though…
If that is the case, and you don’t fit the description, then don’t bother responding to such foolish statements.
D.A. declines to file charges against Shawne Merriman in the Tila Tequila complaint

D.A. says no charges against football player in incident with Tila Tequila
September 11, 2009 | 3:59 pmNo charges will be filed against San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman for an incident last weekend involving model-singer-reality-TV-star Tila Nguyen, Dist. Atty. Bonnie Dumanis announced this afternoon.
In a statement, Dumanis said, “Our office has determined there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that any crime was committed. This case is now closed. No further comment will be made.”
Nguyen, also known as Tila Tequila, had signed a citizen’s arrest form alleging that she was choked and restrained by Merriman at his home in Poway early Sunday. Merriman, 25, was arrested and booked by sheriff’s deputies.
Nguyen, 27, was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. Sheriff’s deputies said that Nguyen appeared to have been drinking heavily and that no marks or bruises were apparent.

I bet you did that to yourself. But, you are such a bad actor, you couldn't get the DA to bite...
Merriman, in a statement, had said he was trying to restrain Nguyen from leaving his home while drunk. Deputies interviewed other people who were at the home. The group had been partying at a nightclub in downtown San Diego that is popular with athletes.
Merriman is set to play in Monday night’s game against the Oakland Raiders. Nguyen has returned to her home in Los Angeles. Initially she put a message on her Twitter account indicating that she does not drink. Later she withdrew that tweet.
So the emergency helpers said you were drunk, the owner of the club said you were drunk and Shawne said you were drunk. You had the nerve to tweet that you do not drink? DO you think that we are that dumb? Obviously you did.
ESPN.com also calls it :lights out” on the charges…
Case against Merriman is closed
SAN DIEGO — District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis on Friday dismissed reality TV star Tila Tequila’s accusations that San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman choked her and threw her to the ground early Sunday while she was trying to leave his suburban home.
Merriman was arrested after Tequila signed a citizen’s arrest warrant accusing Merriman of battery and false imprisonment. Both are felonies.

Dumanis decided not to charge Merriman after her office spent three days reviewing reports from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.
“After a thorough review of the investigation into the Sept. 6, 2009 incident at the Poway home of Shawne Merriman, our office has determined there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that any crime was committed,” Dumanis said in a statement. “This case is now closed. No further comment will be made.”
Dumanis’ statement was released moments after the Chargers concluded practice. Informed by reporters that he wouldn’t be charged, Merriman said he couldn’t comment until after he’d spoken with his lawyers.
The Chargers are preparing for their season opener Monday night at Oakland. It will be Merriman’s first game back since having knee surgery after the 2008 season opener.
Tequila, whose real name is Tila Nguyen, is best known for “A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila,” which ran for two seasons on MTV. The bisexual dating show featured men and women vying for Tequila’s affections. She has also modeled for Playboy and other men’s magazines.
Merriman said he was trying to keep Tequila from leaving his home because she appeared to be intoxicated and denied harming her.
Tequila’s attorney, Alan Gutman, called Merriman’s explanation “spin” and predicted it would be discredited, saying the 6-foot-4, 265-pound linebacker “brutally” assaulted his client.
Gutman did not immediately return calls seeking comment.
What do you think that he would have to say? I was lying to you out there in order to try and get my client a favorable outcome. It didn’t work, but I knew it wasn’t. I bet that this case outcome will not go here…
How did the discrediting go?

We’ve learned Tila Tequila is currently meeting with investigators for the San Diego District Attorney to discuss the alleged altercation she had with San Diego Charger Shawne Merriman.
