Madonna and Guy Ritchie getting a divorce?

Is Madonna still relevant? If so, somebody wake me up, since its 1987 again.
But seriously, the media is getting out of control. Its just another case of social control, this time it’s the media that holds the grips of the reins and we are the horses that are being led on one direction.
Rumours that the London-based couple planned to split have been circulating for months, fuelled most recently by reports that the singer had lined up Fiona Shackleton, a lawyer for Paul McCartney in his bitter divorce from Heather Mills.
The speculation reached a fever pitch last week in London, where the Daily Mirror newspaper dedicated two front pages to the plight of the couple’s marriage.
Madonna, 49, and Ritchie, 39, married in December 2000 at Skibo Castle in northeast Scotland. They met at a party hosted by ex-Police frontman Sting and his wife Trudie Styler.
First, I want to go to the parties that are hosted by Sting and his wife. It’ no doubt that the entertainment was on point and I could imagine that the people watching was on point as well.
Second, who really settled here, Madonna or Guy Ritchie? In her defense, she is ten years older than him, and he was coming of making some hot movies, like Lock, Stock and Two smoking barrels…but for 50 almost, she is looking good in the picture, but you have to wonder what is going on under the hood. A lot of people have been there and I am not sure about all of them, like the Worm.
For Guy, is it that he made a kid trophy, so was he pot-committed and just pushed all-in?
I think that this story proves that the British have nothing better going on in their lives than to devote two front pages of coverage to this story. Maybe you might want to spend more time on your dental game, than dumb stories…
Thanks for bringing this subject up Steve. Neither one of these two are relevant anymore. And I think you are right on when you say the Brits should move on. It’s a shame they always have to take out our trash. e.g. Tom Cruise, Kevin Spacey, Madonna. But I guess stars have to go somewhere to die.
As for Ritchie…He hasn’t done anything good or even decent since the two got married 8 years ago. Everything has been so bad that I’ve gone back and questioned how good Lock, Stock, and Snatch really were. Plus all his new stuff has had Madonna in it. She must do something to her men so GOOD that they want to put her in everything they do. e.g. Penn, Beatty. Non have been successful.
People at Warner Bros say Guy has one more chance to get it right with movie RocknRolla in production now. Either way I guess it has a chance b/c Madonna definitely wont be in it.
I also read yesterday that Madonna and A-Rod have been spending an inordinate amount of time together recently. Madonna clearly has a magical vagina if she (at age 49) is still pulling 32 year-old baseball superstars. What the hell is A-Rod thinking?
